Family get-together with music & fun

The Hausach Wind Orchestra cordially invites you to its third Family Get-Together with Music & Fun! This event is aimed specifically at children and families and promises an afternoon full of musical experiences and joy.

On October 19, 2025, the Hausach Town Hall will be transformed into a place where music and fun take center stage. The goal of the event is to encourage children to explore music, musical instruments, and instrumental instruction. The Wind Orchestra has put together a diverse program that will delight both young and old.

A highlight of the family get-together is the exciting Music Hunt, a creative scavenger hunt where children can playfully explore all the instruments of the Wind Orchestra at various stations. Each station offers a new musical discovery and allows children to actively participate and try out the instruments.

In addition to the music hunt, the Hausach-Fischerbach Youth Orchestra under the direction of Raphael Janz and the Children's Wind Orchestra under the direction of Johannes Thoma will provide entertainment and showcase their talents. The young musicians will demonstrate what they have learned in rehearsals and how much fun making music together can be.

At information booths, interested parents and children will also receive comprehensive information about the youth work of the Hausach Wind Orchestra. Here, you can learn all about the various instrumental instruction options and the diverse activities the town band offers for young musicians.

Food and drink are also provided: while the children make music and discover, parents can relax with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

The Hausach Wind Orchestra looks forward to welcoming many visitors and spending an unforgettable day with you and your children. Come along, let the music enchant you, and discover the joy of making music together!

The event starts at 2 p.m. and is expected to end around 5 p.m.

Admission is free.
